prep time: 10 minutes plus refrigeration
1- 8 oz pkg..cream cheese Greek yogurt (new!)
1- 14 oz. can of condensed milk
1 1/4 cup COOL WHIP whipped topping (it doesn't have to be thawed)
1 cup peanut butter
1 OREO Pie Crust (6oz)
SPOON all four pie filling ingredients into a large bowl. Use hand-mixer or power mixer and beat on med-high until well blended, smooth and fluffy. About 2-3 minutes.
POUR into pie crust.
REFRIGERATE 3-4 hours or until set. Garnish with fruit, whip topping and/or cookie crumbs. Store leftover pie in the refrigerator.
Super easy, full of protein and yummy!
*I found my Greek yogurt at Kroger's. It was hard to find elsewhere. Larger cities will not have difficulty, I imagine!
